Integral

Integral was born of an understanding of the changing music landscape in which many ‘labels' now operate as highly skilled two-three person creative units, without the in-house resources or expertise to efficiently market breaking acts themselves.

Launched in January 2006 as a division of [PIAS] UK, Integral combines an advisory role with hands-on support tailored to the client's needs, to create dynamic, bespoke marketing campaigns. While Integral's primary focus is campaign architecture and delivery, they also work as an enabler for every facet of a release - from origination and promotion to above-the-line marketing, synchronisation and brand relationships.

The service is offered to its clients without Integral seeking any ownership of copyright, and will seamlessly compliment any existing label or management structure. This allows for the maximum exploitation of any campaign's potential and a sympathetic, artist-friendly approach to development.

Steady growth and a stream of successes have followed, with recent partners ranging from Crystal Castles, (winner of NME's 2008 cool list), Grace Jones (whose Hurricane album and live tour were among the most critically acclaimed of recent memory), Seasick Steve (certified Gold), You Me At Six and Mercury Music Prize nominated albums from Neon Neon and Sway. This follows landmark campaigns for, among others Enter Shikari (Gold), The Pigeon Detectives (Gold, Platinum), Gossip (Gold) and José González (Platinum).
